Confusing title but bear with me. Someone took an old taurus sho to recreate a current ford taurus sho imitating a future police car from the modern reboot of the original retro future movie robocop. Clear as mud right?

Usually people go the other direction. Examples:

Plenty of Taurus/Sable carcasses to get donor parts from. Might be a fun LeMons car when all said and done.

As “future” cop cars based on contemporary cars go, I think my favorite is currently the Fusions in Almost Human. Though that may be attributed to how much I liked the show, and how sinister a matte gray Fusion can look with a pushbar. The roof lights look inspired by the DOA Carbon E7.

Damn you, Fox. Firefly, Almost Human, Futurama , and so many others prematurely canceled.
